Job Summary:
Responsible for the development and implementation of an overall Learning and Development (L&D) strategy for DSI that includes the design, development and implementation of leadership and individual development programs

  • Partners with function leaders and HRBPs to identify current and future training and development needs for key roles and workforce segments
  • Works with HRBPs to ensure forums exist to review development needs of individuals and match those needs with development opportunities
  • Designs and develops learning and development programs based on current and future talent needs in alignment with the People Strategy
  • Oversees the coordination and delivery of training programs to ensure optimal participation of learners and utilization of learning assets
  • Designs and delivers leadership and management development programs to enhance leadership capabilities
  • Works with Head of Compensation to integrate learning paths into career architecture
  • Contracts as necessary with third-party vendors to shape and deliver the learning portfolio
  • Works closely with Head of Talent Management to integrate L&D processes with the overall talent strategy
  • Ensures DSI HR technology strategy includes appropriate L&D support elements but consistent with overall budget limitations
  • Develops and measures metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and where possible the ROI of all learning and development programs
Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred

  • 10+ years of organizational development or learning experience
  • Understanding of latest trends in learning and development
  • Ability to evaluate skill requirements of the organization and develop solutions to fill gaps
  • Experience in program/process design, as well as process improvement
  • Knowledge of L&D technologies
  • Ability to make data-driven and strategic decisions
