Job Summary:

The Director, US Marketing, ADC will be responsible for several key work streams in the development and execution of US commercialization strategies and plans in support of various breast cancer indications. The Director, US Marketing, ADC will also work cross functionally with clinical development, Global Marketing, insights/analytics, market access, medical affairs and other colleagues to maximize the commercial success of the ADC product throughout its’ lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Working with a cross-functional team and our alliance partner, initiate and lead market development activities for key breast cancer indications. Appropriately manage vendors utilized in the execution of market development activities.

Play a key role in the development and maintenance of US marketing and commercialization plans for key breast cancer indications for ADC product. Plan to include, but not limited to: communication strategies, product positioning, messaging, promotional plans, sales and demand forecasts, life-cycle plan, sales force size and deployment, sales training plan, market access plans, customer segmentation and targeting.

Work with cross functional team and provide appropriate direction and manage the implementation of the US marketing and commercialization plans for the late stage product.

Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management on all aspects of organizational launch readiness.

Lead and develop team members. Ensure all members receive sufficient coaching and mentoring to achieve objectives.

Collaborate with Global commercial, medical affairs and clinical team on key activities related to development and commercialization.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education/Experience:
  • BS degree required
  • MBA preferred, specifically in Marketing of Finance
  • Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical experience required, at least 7 of which are in product management or comparable function
  • Oncology marketing experience required
  • Breast cancer experience strongly preferred
  • Prior people management experience preferred
  • Previous experience working in an alliance a plus
  • Sales, sales management experience a plus
Ability to travel up to 30%
