Job Summary

This position will input data to support ongoing Clinical Programs; work with supervisor to assure availability of drug product, and maintain forecast, packaging, distribution and returns confirmation prior to authorization for destruction; and assist in the day-to-day management of clinical trial material inventory, support of issue resolution and Project maintenance. The individual will also be involved with the manufacturing and CMC related activities.

  • Interpret clinical study protocols
  • Monitoring and updating the Drug Supply Management (DSM)/Smart Supplies
  • Participate in Internal Team Meetings
  • IRT
  • Import License Tracking
  • RFQs and Budget Management
  • GMP Vendors and Internal Facilities
  • Ad Hoc Projects

  • Successful candidates will have a science background (pharmacy curriculum preferred) with a minimum of 2 years completion of College Science or Pharmacy.
  • Understanding of computer systems and general understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Good communication and time management. Ability to work independently and in team environment. Good attitude, willingness to learn and stretch, good planning, frequent communication with supervisor. Excellent computer skills required. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
