Job Summary
The Coordinator will be responsible for a wide variety of processes and projects in the areas of: Litigation; Records Management and other areas of Legal and Corporate Affairs as assigned. The Coordinator must be able to prioritize work flow including the independent management of completing time sensitive complex work and management of ad hoc projects.

  • Litigation Projects: Provide support to the Litigation and IP groups on litigation matters, support litigation tasks including but not limited to: collecting and preparing documents in response to third party subpoenas and discovery requests; maintaining litigation archives; sending and tracking legal hold communications to new hires, terminated employees and transferred employees/Contingent Workers (as applicable); tracking of e-discovery requests, legal hold questionnaires, legal holds and other litigation related tasks as assigned.
  • Records Management: Support and assist DSAC RMP Archive Coordinator and LCA Department Coordinator with numerous administrative tasks related to the Records Management Program; maintain Iron Mountain Records Inventory log; maintain LCA entries in the IM database; ; coordinate the transmittal and return of LCA documents from Iron Mountain for LCA. Assist department staff with Records Event Days; In addition the Coordinator will provide support of the overall Corporate Records Management Program as assigned.
  • Manual issuing and tracking of "Read/Acknowledge" of LCA policies for Consultants who do not have access to LMS system.
  • As a member of the Legal & Corporate Affairs department, the Coordinator may also receive other assignments within the scope of that group’s work, including cross-training and backup assignments within the various areas of LCA (e.g. administrative support of state licensing; vendor management; Legal Affairs or LCA IS-related projects and processes.)

Qualified candidates must have an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

  • 1-2 years of experience in litigation support and/or records management.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; able to communicate and interact with all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work independently as well as being able to adapt and work on various project teams
  • Work with a high degree of discretion
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new systems/tools quickly
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment

Must be able to lift and move files; boxes, etc. up to 50% of the time.
