Job Summary:

Daiichi Sankyo is seeking a summer Global Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Intern to work for approximately 20-35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, organize and communicate well; be results-driven and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently is necessary for success, along with working collaboratively with all levels of the Global Market Access & Pricing team and cross-functional business leaders.

Key skills required for the assignment are ability to come up with ideas, stick with a task, analyze an issue and establish a point of view, problem-solve and demonstrate initiative.
The opportunity is a paid internship for approximately 3 months, 20-35 hours per week (depending on school course load).

Responsibilities:

This internship will support projects to drive results in the Global HEOR arena. Working with team members, the intern will gain experience and be assigned projects related to conducting literature reviews, performing analysis and preparing study results and presentations.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education/Experience:

Qualified candidates must currently be enrolled in an accredited graduate program with graduate level course work in the field of health economics, public health and policy, epidemiology or related fields.

Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and time management skills are essential.
