Job Summary:

Infrastructure engineers skilled in automation, software-defined infrastructure, API management, self-service technology, ITSM tools and service management.
Infrastructure engineers are professionals whose multidisciplinary assignments, roles and experiences create a blend of synthesized knowledge, competencies and context that create and fuel business value.

Responsibilities:

Integrate new business and technology solutions into existing IT services establishing Scrum teams to develop, standardize and support infrastructure automation, hosted and cloud environments

Provide highest level of support to resolve incidents and problems affecting service availability and performance

Coordinates service management across I&O, other groups within IT and business units through entire service life cycle using customization and integrate tools to orchestrate workflows, improve delivery time and efficiencies

Provides platform engineering teams with curated Application Programming Interface API access to automate product creation

Proactively shaping of the product/service catalog requires continuous engagement with customers to ensure capability alignment

Drive the adoption of (and commitment towards) service improvements through automation, process enhancements and (e.g. Agile, SecOps, DevOps)

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education/Experience:
  • High School Degree with 5-7 years of progressive technical and operational support experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree - Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • Overall, 4 years of related experience in IT-infrastructure preferred
  • Experience with the following ITSM technologies preferred: ServiceNow, JIRA, Saleforce, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering ( Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure, Office 365), Knowledge of scripting Technologies, Python, Powershell, Agile PM Methodologies, Scrum, Kanban
